We want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sampled or unsealed.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Oh My Cream account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.
Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring they are well-protected to avoid damage during transit, and include your return slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our clean beauty experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
